Before we stuck our baby Ed tech toe into the SmartBoard pond, we went out on fact finding mission to some schools and observed how they were using the boards. In most cases it seemed like they used them as overpriced white boards. In some they complained that they liked them but that teachers needed more time and training to really make them shine in their classroom.
